A Belgian witbier with a unique brewing process and flavor.
Ron says:
The beer is cloudy and very pale. There is a hint of citrus flavor, but not enough to qualify it as a "fruity" beer. The breweing process for the beer is unique in that it is first top fermented and then refermented in the bottle. It is very crisp and a pleasure to drink.
