You're absolutely correct. A 'round' only lasts 6 seconds - just long enough for a move and an action. Filling out an entire TPS report takes 3d12 rounds.

Damnit, you cannot get the TPS reports done by merely saying, "I do the TPS reports this round."

Dude, I just rolled a 20 and that totally beats your saving throw, so you don't get paid for the mulch you delivered.
