Recent tech support note that I entered for one of our users that called in:

Lady with questions about my.webspace images. Kept asking me question after question, and she really doesn't know about web graphics. She rambles alot and it is generally impossible to tell what she is doing. She keeps saying, "I'm not the brightest bulb". My favorite part of the conversation was: Her:"Is this what I'm making? A web page?" Me:"Yes" Her:"But is it a _web page_?"

You gotta love the users that remind you that they "don't know anything about computers" and they "aren't a geek like you." I try to remind them that they lack common sense and don't understand the English language, but those hints just fall on deaf ears.
