If the comic is picked based on frame rather than strip, then it makes sense that Stick Folk would be picked roughly twice as often. There are 15 frames for Stick Folk and 8 for Toy Town, USA and 7 for Wise Guys.

If the comic is not picked based on frame rather than strip, then I have no idea.

I always thought that Stick Folk was introduced first and thats why. Either that or I'm confused by the origional badass comics. I definately remember that Wise Guys was a late addition though.

Well I think that maybe Stick Folk slips the generator a cool 20 every once in a while to be brought up more often.
