I know I'm behind on newborn care tech and all, but what is the dome over his head? Is it some kind of modified oxygen mask? If it is, did they let you get a huff of that stuff?

Since I've never seen Josh anything but PERFECTLY sober, I can't say for sure, but I suspect that second picture postpartum likely bears a very stong resemblence to Josh when he ISN'T perfectly sober.... In any case, he is a very good looking kid. And so is the baby.
