You should start messing with her by throwing in some German when she doesn't know it. That way by the time she reaches nine she'll speak an interesting mix of German Spanish and English. Oh won't the teachers love her papers.

Actually, Tagalog is lot like Spanish, and I know people who know ...really good... words in Tagalog. Cat in Tagalog is also "gato," but chicken is "ma-nook." Instead of "si," yes is "oo" (pronounced oh-oh, neither syllable accented), and I only do the other words live and in person.
