Or they could have used excessive force and drug her out the car by her ears.

I actually hit a telephone pole once, and I never told anyone. It was in the parking lot of Chippewa Lanes. I dented in the driver's side front fender of my dark blue station wagon....

I know how you can accidentally create a nameless thread - heck, I did it once. But without a name, there's no link to follow, so the thread never had any posts, but this one's got 14 of 'em.. the last one just 13 hours ago.

I haven't hit a telephone pole, but I do have a slightly humorous telephone pole related incident recently. We were babysitting a 10 year old over the weekend, and went out on a walk. She insisted on walking beside us, and talking constantly, so she ended up walking on the grass beside the sidewalk. In her eagerness to talk and not pay attention, she walked right into one of those thick wires which anchor the telephone poles. No harm done, but it was kind of funny since she's a bit annoying, and that made her stop talking for a couple minutes.
