I guess if they were blind that would explain the not filling out the forwarding card. Usually what I do when I get other people's mail is write "return to sender, addressee does not live here!!!" on it and drop it back in the mail. Then the mail gnomes take it away while I'm gone.

How long ago did you move there? Are we talking 6 months or three years?

We've owned this house for over 2.5 years. Not only do we, once in a great while, get the previous owner's mail, we also get random phone calls for an Eastern-sounding name. I totally can't think of it off hand.. maybe MistyP will be able to help me out. I swear it's the same people calling every few months.

If you destroy your mailbox you will no longer get other people's mail.

Rich (our normal mail guy) will usually weed out the mail for the previous inhabitants for us. When he is on vacation, or sick, the sub does not. Sometimes, all Ron has to do is ask, and he would get an answer:)

If I asked you everything, I'd have nothing to write about. :(
