I had my blood work done. After my six month diet, they found that my HDL/LDL + Triglycerides were back to normal. I went to the Kansas State Fair the next day, ate chicken on a stick, ate a turkey drumstick, ate ice-cream, ate pasta, drank a beer, got a horribly painful stomach ache, barfed 2X.

It was worth it for one day.

Yes I did. But see she is a good girl, a church attending girl that a pregnancy scare won't be an issue. Plus I'm a teenage boy, we don't learn from things quickly.
