I just got to 110 myself, how the hell did you manage the Molten Lava dare devil run?

That one takes a lot of practice. There's no time limit, though, so pace yourself on that one. Take the time to destroy things that might get in your way at some point, like the fire foes on the small lava planet thing where the five star pieces are.

This level is nothing compared to Luigi's Purple Coin Run.

I had about 3 weeks of various illnesses (norovirus, flu/cold, tonsillitis). It was the best vacation I've had in a while.

glad you're feeling better. my friend had a flu where he vomited all night and didn't eat for a couple days. i've been feeling a *little* off, but not enough to worry about yet...
