I would totally wear the shit out of a "Wise Guys" T-shirt.

Hmmm. Have you ever thought of doing things in a process of maybe 100 that would move the decimal over only two places rather than three? I mean that would be more reasonable and there is actually enough people here to demand that supply. Just a thoguht.

I vote for guitar picks and maybe some stickers. Oh I don't know if ya'll had the fad like we did, because I'm just a youngin, but what about pogs? You know the circular things that are made of cardboard and there was a little game with them. You could make Ron's Brain pogs that owuld be nostalgic, atleast for me and cool.

Wouldn't it be easier to just wash it?

Since Texas hold'em is all the rage, how about poker chips? You could have our avatars on different denominations. Microsoft has started branding pillow cases, which is also an idea. My personal favorite has been the can coozie; who wouldn't use one of those?

Microsoft also sponsored a WHL team called the Washington Thunderbirds. On a promotional night, the team wore these jerseys:

Now that's advertising.

My goal was to do something on the cheap so I could easily ship them and give them away. If I do something not so cheap, I'll first need to come up with the money to purchase the items outright, then sell them back to you.

And there are things where I can't simply buy the amount I need. I was looking at temporary tattoos, but I would have to order at least 1000, not for a price break, but shops that do these types of things won't consider an order unless they have a guaranteed sale amount. Which is just good business sense, but bad for me.

i hear ya on the cost of things for giving away and selling. say, my CDs for example. actually, their cost was very reasonable (unit cost of $2.75), but selling is difficult. i only got 50 copies made. i have probably sold 20 and given away 10. not that they are taking up a whole lot of space. but i am glad i only got 50 made. they were somewhat DIY, as the person who did them for me does DIY stuff. i personally wish that i could do everything in my home. record full albums, produce packaging and actual printed CDs, and possibly shrinkwrap. it would make it awesomely easy to put out small batches of EPs that i could "sell" for the cost of shipping or something.

If you want, I can put a banner up on my site for yours.. but no one goes to my site but me so I don't know if you'd get much more traffic.

If I did get more traffic, that would be creepy.

I think I'd get freaked out as much as you. By the way, what ever happened to that whole "Who's On" link you used to have?

All right! Outta the Lanthanoids with a vengance!

The "Who's On" thing isn't there anymore. That's what happened.

I removed it because it was making the side thingy way too long. I could probably put it back in. I'd have to get a quote of hours from myself and do a project analysis.

Make sure to write yourself a needs assessment while you're at it.

I vote for the "Who's On" thingy. Also, I kept visiting the Rontourage chat but no one is ever there, and I can't tell if that means that no one's currently visiting the site, or if no one bothers entering the irc channel.

It means nobody visits. I try to be on at night, but access is blocked at work when I'm downtown. I know that me_tew is on during the day. Looks like the IRC channel is going to be one of those things that don't get used much.
