I'm gone at some SQL Server 2005 training/convention/baptism or something today, so if you're looking for me in all the usual places, I'm not going to be there.

The sellers of the house we're buying wanted to move the close date until the end of the month. My initial reaction was to just say no, but Sarah talked me into making an offer. We offered $5000 to move the close date, since we would have to pay rent, pay a fee to maintain our rate lock for the loan, and to make up for the massive inconvenience. They didn't go for it, so we're still on for next week.
