A minor redesign

I've made a few changes, in case you didn't notice. Here's a quick list:
-Reformatted the scripts, the page, everything.
-Added ability for users to do register for an account.
-Used cookies. Sorry.
-Lots of other junk that I can't think of because my brain is mush.
I will be adding message boards soon. In the meantime, here's a poll to get your opinion of the new changes.
