Ron's Brain

I've added a preview step to the message and news submission process. This is so that you can check for typos, formatting errors, etc. Also, there is a key below the message input area that shows some tags that can be used. Be sure to use square brackets [] as opposed to the angle brackets <> that are used in HTML.

I've also fixed the sightings toy, so the image pages don't look all goofed up. Soon I will have user profiles and whatnot, so stay tuned...
