Paying attention

I was almost hit by a car three times yesterday. By the same person. Within five minutes. She was confused at a lane shift and nearly hit me. She was confused at a parking lot entrance, did an unexpected U-turn, and nearly hit me. She then followed me and, as I made a wide turn to park my car, she cut into my turn and ended up crossing in front of me. When I got out, I noticed she parked about ten yards from me. She never looked my way to make sure I was okay or to apologize. She just went on as though everything was just fine. Did she really think that it was okay to constantly come close to causing accidents? Maybe she was embarrassed about the situation. I wonder how many accidents she has caused in the past. It was odd.

I think I'm coming down with something. I've very tired, I have a headache, and my throat is starting to feel sore. Weasel pox. I hope that I'll be fine, but the folks at work have been getting hit hard with a flu, so I'm a little concerned. I guess I'll see.

You drive without your brain lately, or fall victim to annoying microbes?
