Fun at the dentist's

(Sorry for the lack of updates. There is a FAQ in the message boards under the Questions forum that you can check out.)

I had a dentist's appointment yesterday. I needed two fillings because I don't floss enough, whatever "flossing" is. Anyhow, I received a shot with some anesthetic in it. You can also spell it "anaesthetic" and it would be okay. Anyhow, the anaeeaesthetic numbed my lip pretty well, because the dental assistant kept asking me questions and my answers began sounding more and more like "mwa mwa bwa bwamwa mwa" than actual answers, like "boogy boogy boogy hoootcha!"

During the procedure, the dentist would use a metal hook to fit the filling and clean stuff up, I guess. When he removed the hook from my mouth, he would catch my bottom lip just slightly, causing a slight sting. He would ask me if the anaeiousthetic was working, and I'd say "mwa mwa mwa" and he'd continue. I think that the part that was worse was feeling bits of my tooth shooting around in my mouth why he was drilling. That was unpleasant.

My mouth was numb for some time after the operation. It was difficult to smile, whistle, or threaten small children because of it. I was also afraid to eat anything for a while, but I overcame that fear because I'm a fat pig.
