Hi. If you hover over the fading comics on the home page, the fading will stop. When you stop hovering, the fading will continue.

Still looking for feedback. I'll be fleshing out the menus a bit more tomorrow. There are some things missing, obviously. ANY feedback is welcome. You guys are scaring me with your silence.

Brianna had a recent interest in origami, so I thought I would explore that with her. We made all the obligatory cats and swans and monkeys that really fling poo, and I think she may be bored with it because it doesn't involve coloring or cutting or anything fun. I didn't grow bored, though. In fact, I took it to the next level and began exploring tessellations and other geometrical constructs. Did you know that you can trisect an angle using origami? That is interesting indeed. Anyway, here are some things I've constructed:

That's a simple construct based off a 12x12 grid.

This is more abstract. The square grid is 20x20 (if I recall correctly), but it also has a diagonal guide construct that is a bit more involved.

The two above items were made by reverse engineering pre-printed paper that I got in a kit. This paper had all the grid lines on it, with colors that indicated in which direction they were to be folded. Fooey on that.

I was working on a hexagonal construct, but I screwed up the triangles and the irregularity has made it impossible to continue.

Anyway, you do any origami? Share!
