Today was Brianna's birthday. We went to Chuck E. Cheese for dinner. Because it was a Tuesday, the place was pretty calm, which made for a nice place to take the kids. I've been to the place when it was pure pandemonium. The time I recall involved three birthday parties, a Cub Scout troop, a bris, a bull fight (the matador was able to turn in the bull's ear for twenty tickets), and an emergency session of the U.N. in which they discussed a stern letter to be sent to Mr. Cheese et al demanding the removal of the highly stereotypical character "Pasqually". Chaos.
Anyway, the kids had a good time and Brianna had a nice birthday. We're having a larger party for her on Sunday if you can make it.
Today on the way to Chuck E. Cheese I saw a car upside-down on 696. I was going to take a picture, but then I realized I may end up upside-down as well. Then all I would have is a picture of some Russian in a MiG, and a couple weeks later my friend would die in an ejector seat malfunction, and I would have to suffer through Eighties music. Wisely, the camera was not deployed.
That's all I have. Thanks for reading. Post some comments.
