Today was Brianna's seventh birthday. We celebrated by making fried rice for dinner, then opening presents, followed by going out for ice cream and finally playing dots and boxes. She almost beat me but made a fatal mistake in her last move.
The comics were not operational for a bit today. I'm not sure how long they were like that. Apologies if you tried to add a caption and were not able.
I'm making a battleship game from some scrap pine that I have. I didn't make a very accurate jig for the drill press, however, so I'm not very satisfied with the four hundred holes I've drilled. I'm not sure if I should try again or if I should figure out how to make the pegs on the ship tolerant of the misalignment. Thoughts?
