I had a dream last night that a snake was crawling around on my head. So realistic was the sensation of it crawling around that I woke up and scratched my head for about five minutes to get the feeling to go away. I'm not a dream interpreter nor a snake charmer (though I am dreamy and charming *wink*), so I'm not sure what the dream is supposed to mean. I Googled it and found a reference to snake dreams that states snakes symbolize fear, and people that have snake dreams show one of a number of characteristics, the absence of all of them meaning the person is dead. Seriously, it's like a launching point for a cold reading.
Perhaps I was thinking about a nice steak, but my subconscious thought I was thinking of a snake. That doesn't explain the need for it to crawl through my hair. My steak-hair treatments are biannual, and this isn't the season for it, so that wasn't it.
If I have the snake dream again I'll ask it what the hell it's doing in my hair and I'll let you know what I find out.
